After quite a journey of travels, love, heartbreak, exploration, and building a cottage (my creative haven) I am now adventuring onto the path of releasing my second full length album, Isabelle Has Wings!
When this project first started, I had imagined the release would be in 2010 however life twirled and danced around in a different direction guiding me on a bit of a sojourn. I had more learning to do... more growth to embrace so rather than pushing and pushing to get the project done which is what I naturally would do, I decided to allow the album to take on a life of its own and trust that it shall be finished and released when the earth is ready to receive it. Of course there was such a struggle to let go and trust yet this was a HUGE lesson I needed to grasp. Even when I would push for the process to go faster, the album stubbornly would not allow it for all would start going wrong or astray. The finishing of this album was a test to see if I truly did take in what I had spent many years learning about.
So now I am excited to announce that Isabelle has Wings (and she certainly does...she has flown away sooooo many times!!!) shall be released this year/early next year. And we are hoping to promote the album with a Europen/US tour next spring or autumn (shade...haha okay, okay I know but I had to:)
Other news~ We started Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Bandcamp pages!
